I don't stop for a second to think about IRS rationale for various rules - I have no power to influence them, so I just want to get maximum benefit from their rules and regs.You depreciate the cost basis, which includes your purchase price plus capital expenditures - and diff. parts/systems can have different depreciation schedules if you choose to adopt accelerated depreciation.

By hitting the gas I could pull it in briefly but it immediate fishtailed wildly and one cannot slow down going down a long hill by constantly hitting the gas.

My question is - should I wait about 3 - 4 weeks until spring has started and the market heats up or put it on in the middle of Feb which is traditionally pretty slow in this area?

The problem I have is my credit isn't the greatest no repos or foreclosure just slow pays. my debt to income is very low.
