We are looking for more too and we do decent volume, but still have a hard time finding people.

I try to shoot for a floating number between 5-25% depending on how close we are getting to next recession.  

So we just bought our first vacation rental in January and went live on airbnb in March and we are doing so well we think we can use the money we made over the spring and high season this summer for a downpayment for another one this fall!

I mean if we are going to go bankrupt let’s do it UP right!

Setting up a team in a place we've never been is a challenge, especially for our first investment, but we are up for it to make a smart decision.

We are only on one income right now, as I’m staying at home with my toddler.

So my wife and I have been OBSSESED with the idea of owning multi family properties but in the Atlanta market we are simply priced out of most opportunities.

We are looking to finance a few small multifamily deals.
