@Jd Martin I don't understand how I didn't give enough information.I said 10 units because I graduate at 21 and I want to buy a duplex every year over 5 years, 5x2= 10 units.At the end I'll be 26.

The broker returned my phone call immediately and drove 45mins from the office he was located at for the day to come visit me at the location i dropped into instead of asking me to drive out to him, we spent over 2 hours talking in his office going over everything the company has to offer, he really took a lot of time to make sure i understand everything the company has to offer, the commission seems to be very in the agents favor with 2 programs to choose from.

You will have to have a broker sponsor you, you will have MLS dues, you will have other misc fees that this industry loves to charge us :-)Decide whether it's worth the hassle to do it yourself for just find a good agent who understands investors and will work with you.

This could work because an LLC presumably has an easier time obtaining financing.Regardless, get with a CPA and make sure you understand the basis rules, sale rules, and what your current basis is.
