These stairs are the only access to the basement for laundry and storage. 

When you say there isn't much space, could you sacrifice some storage space for a W/D at all?

There were new amazing guests on each week discussing why they love self storage, mobile home parks, BRRRR single family, senior housing, vacation rental, etc...I found myself feeling a lot of anxiety and not taking any action.

Is there some land to rent out to contractors as storage/parking lot?

A big tip is to ask them what products they are heavy on (this means too many in their portfolio which means they want to diversify and loan on other things) such as multi family, new construction, storage units, etc.

Each floor contains 3 bedroom 1 bath with wood flooring and lots of storage.

They all have their reasons, the other unit is bigger, more natural lights, its an end unit, closer to laundry, more storage etc etc etc...I have done this in the past, allowing one unit to move into another, but it translated into more work because instead of having to turn over one unit for rent, I have to turn over two units.Now, with unit 3 moving out, instead of turning over unit 3, if I let them all switch, I have to turn over ALL 4 UNITS! 

Probably a 20x40 outside storage space also for each company , inside the fenced compound.
