Earlier this year I had a junkie who would break-in each morning and steal a light fixture while the SimpliSafe alarm was blaring.

Well, we closed this morning. 

This doesn't mean that you need to have 24/7 by any means, but perhaps someone on-call or periodically checking in, and you very well may be able to hire a local older, retired person who is looking for some very sporadic part-time work.As your bride is only 90 minutes away, she could theoretically travel when & as-needed, but a few trips and this will need to be expensed in some form, thereby eating into the profits the Facility will generate.My question to you would be - how is this currently being managed or staffed?

I luckily got away with only 4 months of bookings, but let them know bookings only increase over time with people pre-booking their next trip to the area.

I will never forget the field trip to Newport RI in grade school.However chopping it up might be more feasible.

The hearth seems rather substantial and I'm just thinking it may be less of a trip hazard if it had a tv set up or entertainment center set up on it. (?)
