I would definitely meet whoever that is before closing.

I would have negative cashflow of around $900/month on the house (SFRs don't cashflow here), and added holding costs/time mean my cash on cash returns would suffer, but I'd still meet my threshold... unless of course the market tanks by then.

I also have to attend a board meeting where I might get a fine or insist that I evict my tenant because the community has a drug free policy.

Are you going to go into a meeting and not have a pest/ roof/hvac report on this house you have under contract?

These sites have been a hot topic for some for awhile as it appears Nationstar also is an owner in Xome.

This was my first reno so I only had one contractor run through the house, in the future I will meet with 3 minimum, but I am lucky that the company we chose has been fair and effective.

It seems like there's lot's of meet ups in LA/OC/SD, but I haven't seen too much locally.
