Hi Amaju, here are some thoughts:-Oakland is quite a big area, and from an investor's perspective, some sections (Skyline, Piedmont, *maybe* Lake Merritt) are better than others (Fruitvale, the Coliseum).  

If I was starting again in today’s market I would look in forest hills queens area.

There are some opportunities in Lake county and in Polk county.

I grew up in the South Shore community and heard about the new development of the Obama library, Tiger Woods golfs course, and lake access and felt that this is a good time to take action in those areas.

Parts of Kissimmee, Sanford, Lake County, Osceola County and Polk County.You'll (obviously) want a good, boots on the ground local agent who knows the nuances of this market.
