I had intended to sell about $5.3MM of rental property and simply use the profits to may off debt on other notes.

Hey BP fam, I have a property that desperately needs a way out,The property has been on the market for a little bit, sellers just recently bought the property so they don’t have much equity. immediately I thought, subject too until I saw they had a 7.5% interest rate.

I’m going to lend  to a few people I know with LLC ‘s  on some mortgages and receive interest , I am not putting myself out to public lending just some commercial loans as LLC single member pass through  , do I have to pay local taxes in Florida , I have no brick and mortar , no employees , just LLC in Florida and live in Texas , there is no work involved I just receive interest .

I have an off market commercial deal in a hot investment area I'm able to get seller financing on.
