Has anyone used a Land Trust to own long term rentals?

These are people who just called in for a showing and were apparently given the code by the agent with no one there to supervise.

There is typically a tiering system that we use as lenders to tier your experience and also look at your credit. 

My husband and I are now in a position to start acquiring some rental properties.

They just don’t see enough of these deals to feel comfortable with them.That said, I’ve had more luck with smaller regional banks and credit unions.. especially those that cater to higher-net-worth individuals.
