But, for a conventional lender to go more than 70-75% LTV is pretty rare, if at all, and that scenario is what I presented for the purchase.(2 units, each with 3 apartments) by the way, it is a student house with 2 3 bedroom apartmentsIf this is a two "unit" (six bedrooms) or six unit (2X3 apartments, does make a difference when considering your required monthly cash flow per unit.I think you've received some good advice here, in response to your posts on this property.
