Hello folks, It looks like HUD removed inventories on HudHomestore.com due to HUD will get a new assets manager.

You'll find lots of folks who have done many such loans and have standardized processes for it.

New Investor here looking to meet up with folks in the area who are investing.

I know folks doing just fine in small towns.

what i find though is in these rural low value assets a lot of the folks have quite a bit higher % margins than the highly competitive what everyone is chasing urban buy and hold in the quote un quote cash flow markets.. 

I understand folks should be paid for the work they do, but 55 basis points off the mark on the offer as presented is a red flag.  

Nowadays, you can search online for the home warranty provider and read reviews to see what others' experience with them was like.  

lol)2) We would love to network with folks both within NJ and out of state as there is so many golden nuggets listening to other people's RE experience (also if our newbie experience allows us, also help where we can lol)3) We both work W-2 jobs within financial services focusing on digital transformations (to be synergistic with our goals, we also got our RE license this year!)
