The options I'm finding either feel limited by modern standards (eg no video, no audit logs, no app to remote control) or aren't met for multi unit. 

hello @Morris Lucas  i was working as plumber living in portland, Oregon when i bought my first property... i was 19 year old and just purchased my first investment with good ol' fashion savings... through a series of rehabbing and refinancing i built up a good little portfolio before moving out to charlotte buy investment property full time.  

But Aurora is more than just East Colfax, in fact it's actually larger than Denver itself (in land area), and contains an extremely wide spectrum of neighborhoods from swanky-modern new urbanism to housing projects to suburban McMansions to trailer parks.

I always wish permitting were more black and white as well, and I also wish that inspectors were held accountable to codes in some fashion.

If you're as far as you say you are in the process (sales teams around the country, financial backing, etc) and yet you've come here to ask if there is a market for this product, I would venture to guess that you're going about this in a backwards fashion...As someone who spent 15 years managing some very large tech businesses, and as someone who currently invests in tech startups, I would be a bit turned off if there weren't a large stack of market research PRIOR TO kicking off a big development and sales effort.Just my $.02...

@Todd E.If you are in some fashion self-employed with no full time employees, then a Solo 401(k) plan would be optimal. 

Some teams/brokers provide leads to their agents in some fashion, others do not.
