@Gina Ventimiglia, since any type of property can be sold and 1031 exchanged you're going to want to market this everwhere anyway. 

I want to know if this is a realistic plan to start my investing journey.

I was interested in this type of deal because being I am well rounded in construction for me seem to be a good first time investment.

As an example I just checked AirDNA’s data against one of my rentals this week and occupancy and ADR was way off from the reality on the ground that most others I know are seeing in 2023.

They have no workaround for this.None of this is getting pushed through to our CRM( Investorfuse) either.

This allows both parties to discuss expectations and ensure alignment.

This is holding me back a little and I am currently shopping for other lenders, banks.
