Is a legal document required for tax purposes?

You decide.....If you decide to not let them slide out early without penalty, just make sure you have everything documented really well....dates, reports etc.

She sent a document template which lists her LLC as the Second Party, and I would be the First Party.

Is there a good option for tenants to pay online without me setting up my own website?

I did none of it online as Zillow is a joke when it comes to rental rates in my area.

I have access to the full deed database online in my county.
