i had a tenant 2 yrs ago that had a gas oven and wanted to use it. i told her she could use the ELECTRIC oven already in the unit, but she wanted to use her gas oven. there was no gas hookup at all.so i ran a brand new gas line from one end of the house to the oven. she is a great tenant, i am glad i did that. took me 3-4 hrs and had to rent the pipe threader from home depot. money and time well spent.
