Michael, I was a banker in the Tampa market for 20 years and know lenders at most banks in town.

Those cabins are next to a 65 mph 4 lane highway in an industrial park.6 months ago a banker friend asked me if I wanted to buy some appliances from a house the bank owned that was going to be demolished to expand their parking lot. 

I thought it prudent to also speak to my current business banker (US Bank).

You might want to get to know bankers in your local area, and determine their appetite for lending on the properties that interest you.  

My brother is a mortgage banker, his good friend is a PM, and the PM's wife is a RE agent.

so try a mortgage broker or banker, especially one who wants business.

Make sure you specifically explain to the banker in detail exactly why you know the deal has existing equity i.e. recent sales comparables and of course the appraisal says it all!

I am hoping to connect get connected with a few bankers/ mortgage professionals that may offer this type of loans.

The industry that drives the area isn't crooked lawyers, fast talking bankers, overly attractive medical personnel saving lives.
