Be warned. 

My words of warning to you is, If they tell you one thing that is illegal, what else might they be teaching you that is wrong or could get you into trouble?   

It's been a great early warning indicator for me that I need to apply some extra attention to those guests.If you have success w/ the door locks & garage doors, let us know!

It is like saying I hate vegetables...there are a couple good one's out there :)By warning people about gurus and making some generalizations, I hope to see people at least looking at other options or spending a little more time researching the options they were already looking at...I just hate seeing people lose money.

Thanks for the perspective and warning of the differences in neighborhoods there and definitely will keep an eye out for that.

I was warned about the trash though, that if the tenants have to pay, they may decide not to.

The BBB here have sent warnings out that some companies are doing some sketchy real estate scams
