I honestly don't think it will be widely available until late 2016, but thats beside the point.To answer your question on this deal, I would say your money will better serve you if you can purchase a property at a relatively good discount.

If they are going to be buying another house I offer to discount my listing commission down to as little as 0% (but averaging closer to 1.5%) depending on what they are buying and how receptive they are to actually listing their home.

Then, Extended Stay quoted me at 650 for a ten night stay, with military discount.
