:) Can you get all the cars to go at 10X speed again when I'm there to see it?

Year 7 of gains...really, some adjustment is necessary to clean out excess Greed.

It's more expensive than the hammer-type version but does speed up the job considerably.  

I have already used it with a couple PRO Members and it is very useful and for me should be able to speed up business here on BP.Great idea and thanks for you guys do.Andrew

Does anyone have any resources that can be used to access values for adjustments to be made when making appraisals in different areas.I know that a pool or an extra bedroom in San Diego, California will merit a different deduction then Orlando, FL, but how much exactly?

Our speaker informed us "He speaks fast, He speaks the speed of money"Long story short Armando wholesales this deal to another buyer who apparently only asked Armando 1 question when Armando presented him the deal.

Simply structure the deal so if you are the Buyer you don't pay the agent a fee that represents you and then adjust the price of the purchase down accordingly to that amount  and you have in essence saved the money thereby making it.There is more to this on the front side.

You need to be following what the local economy is doing and adjust as necessary.Been at this close to 20 years now, my only regret is not having started 10 years earlier.
