Curious to know how it's going and if it's a good alternative to selling my properties or trying to do a 1031 down the road.

After a few minutes of analysis, I knew I had to find a way to make this deal work quickly.

And then a few snowflakes again a week later. 

I have a property that I am selling in Utah at 630k.

Looking to buy a few 4-plexes in the next 1-2 years.
