For Morris to claim he had no knowledge is simply an insult to those who invested  intelligence.. it was widely known that Morris was seeking help 2 years ago with these same issues. 

The inspector said they are not wide enough and that 36"x36" landings must be added, which there is no room for.  

I usually figure $30-40/unit, but this can vary widely from place to place.

Our multi units have a wide range of rents which are mostly a function of length of tenancy, how good the tenant is, and what the market rate for the unit is in its current condition.

Checkout the HOA fee, vary widely.

Hi Gregory, I recently hired City Wide Rentals to manage our properties and I cannot say enough good things about them.

It is also a double-wide mobile home so I feel like a cost segregation study would be worth the money if it's not ridiculously expensive since they actually do depreciate unlike a typical home.
