Simple, I can see a wide array of interpretations that could easily be placed on MY actions as an agent every day. 

I can say that in the land investing community this a widely held position.

I had a deal in Seattle where someone was giving away a nice 1998 single wide for free you just had to move it- I just literally couldn't find a MHP with space or land that was hook up ready at the time. 

Hey BP, As we know, the 2% rule is a widely used guideline in real estate investing, which states that the monthly rent should equal 2% of the property's purchase price.

They are still widely known as "mother-in-law" units, and can get some hits on this but not many.Big need, potential big value, but not on my main path, so I can't deviate to be an entrepreneur for this but someone will...

With a wide-open request like that, you'll just get random info that may or may not be useful.You'd be better off attending some of the live trainings here on BP, to learn enough to ask better questions:)

@Tyler Quick- thanks for the .....finding a lender will be  a bit easier  as a lender  really wont need  expertise  in any unique  geographic  area  ...whereas   getting a  good  agent  to work with that  is  familiar with the  area you are  focusing on is  crucial ....so  depending on how  wide ranging your  serach will be  - you may want several agents to  work with .....a  loan officer  might have  agents to  refer  but they  are   always open to meeting and working with new agents
