Hi all - We have several rentals and we just created a couple LLCs, no website yet though and when I went to register our business with a Google Business Profile they asked to verify using a video.

@Bradley SnyderNever done it but I would guess there are homes that do not have insurance that get destroyed and homeowners will walk from them.

And it's not just about the communication, it's about changing the move In date and being able to pay.

I'm doing my 2023 taxes (late) and we had some siding and gutters put on in Fall 2023, however we did not pay for it (~$13,000) until summer 2024.

I got un-renewed by my old ins and rejected by almost all ins companies (except for some crazy ones quoting me 10k/year) on my primary house, which is far from any fire zone but I had 2 claims on my 2 rentals (I am a small player so under my name not LLC) in the past 3 years so I got fked. 

It isn't clear whether she has rights and she is making no guarantees about anything at all, but she is saying she no longer has rights and that the current owner has any rights she may have had.

I wanted to get started in real estate investing and knew I could qualify for this home and convert the basement into a rental unit so it was the right house to start with.
