All you need is some investor saying you don't need on, making a mistake, then finding in an eviction case you can't go forward because you got your answer off an internet forum.Not that anyone would make that mistake, LOLIf you form a business entity, you'll be dealing with the Sec. of State.Always good to check with building regulations, some areas require occupancy permits prior to a lease.

On the internet, you'll find dealers, buyers, sellers and illegal brokers telling you everything is legal, actually, they can't know as each state has its own requirements and in addition, you have federal aspects.

I wasn't posing questions because I don't know, I was posing them to get people to think.My point is that digging option contracts off the internet, dreamed up by some non-attorney or some investor or guru in Bum-Teak-Boonieville to be used in your state and in your community isn't a good idea.

Local bulletin boards at grocery stores, restaurants, hardware stores, etc.Some smaller towns may have local internet service providers that offer advertising.Advertising in any magazines that may have a subscriber base that matches your target audience (hunting magazines, camping magazines, vacation/travel, whomever you think is likely to buy the land).You could also list the land on the MLS, but have the agent agree that if you find the buyer no commission will be paid.Hope these ideas help!

Nowadays, you can have them installed and with a phone line (and possibly internet connection, I'm not sure) get the readings remotely.
