Should be able to buy with less than $10k if they don't make you bring too much to the table and then you could front each $12k draw with credit cards,  your own money,  etc.  

We would receive information from the sales rep or broker once a group health policy had been sold (employee benefits packages) and make sure everything was legal, have it input in the system, bills produced and employee ID cards issued.I think my background in project management will be helpful, but not sure how to get someone outside of catering or health insurance to give me a chance with no background in their field (i.e. real estate, construction, etc.)Any advice?

I have about 8 mortgages and something like 20 credit cards along with other accounts (insurance, utility, auto loan, cell phone, cable, netflix, amazon, etc).  

I stayed true to my word and dove right in to REI, joining two REIA's, introducing myself to EVERYONE and even obtained a pretty hefty collection of business cards.

On top of that, I usually give a $10 gift card and thank you note for all leads even if it doesn't close.
