True .. but these are the two county I confident about market and it’s my neighbor county.. any advise on any small town or county that has potential or growth.

We also invest in multi-families and have been trying to enter the hotel investment side for about two years.

The first two options I gave would be the best if you can do either..

Make a checklist, start delegating items to yourself, a GC, or a PM, and focus on one, two, or three of the biggest items until your checklist is down to zero.Breathe.
