Travelling professionals or people in between a sale and re-purchase may need a few months at a premium to standard unfurnished rental. 

I decided this past week to pivot from learning on LTR to STR as I know I will be more passionate about it as an avid traveler and user of the service.

People will use storage closer to them versus travelling far.Always try to Buy first and build second.
