You are simply a tax agent for the state collecting taxes so they can get better retirement packages, more paid sick days, and more vacation days.

That's not to say we don't represent name brands (travelers, hartford, liberty mutual, etc) but they just don't offer that.

Perhaps I just need to set up in-person meetings with a nice package on myself and my portfolio, and see if I get another answer.......

Most banks will have an authorization form, if you can find it, in their short sale package information online.  

It helps to have traveled the country a great deal as I have to have a basic feel for different submarkets, but Google street view can tell me a lot.I won't plug my site because I don't think BP will let me, but I will tell you that there are a lot of tools, many that you have already mentioned, that can supplement or speed up the processing time for viewing the massive amount of investment opportunities that are out there.  

If you go that route, I see nothing wrong with the compensation package being a combination of salary and profit split, but I would try to ensure that the total compensation is in the same range as if you were just paying a salary (in other words, don't do full salary PLUS profit split).

Even though no one else seemed to know how to package them or where to get the money for them, theysaw the promise of these deals, the profit and encouraged me to go ahead and do them.  

We are insurance adjusters and travel all over the state, which leaves a lot of time for listening to BP podcasts and learning. 

When he had shown me the upstairs on my tour he discussed that this is where the other roommates rooms were and that one guy travels a lot an is never there and the others were nice working professionals. 

I'm about an hour away in Lynchburg but travel to Roanoke often.
