If you do not meet the schedule, a day or two for each item, and they tell you the schedule, you loose the $2500 credit card prebidding charge, otherwise they cancel that charge.

When I do the math on renting out a property, like in Texas, for a 1 bed and bath and compare it to the median rent for the area, the rental income doesn't cover the entire mortgage, property tax, fees, etc., of the property itself.

In California more then 5 fruit trees is considered a Orchard for tax purposes, I can get the Orchard Tax exemption for first 4 years after planting. has any one tried this with multifamily properties?
