Just curious, Is anyone else having issues accessing the PA State website for online filing / search of an Pa Corporation?

@Micah CopelandHi Micah, Im searching online by selecting my min and max price range along with #of of beds, baths with basement etc.

If you've seen my face, shook my hand, seen my office, looked me up online, and can easily alter my credibility as a wholesaler in this industry with a simple click or post on any social media platform- chances are, I'm not going to put you into a bad deal or keep your earnest money, or walk away from closing or anything that could disrupt that status if I am insisting that you meet me at my office.

I was looking at multifamily properties online and ran across a listing that states "Property registered with DCA (I assume DCA means Division of Community Affairs)."  

There seems to be a wealth of information here that I haven't even scratched the surface to.I am a real estate lover who hasn't had the opportunity to fully scratch that itch just yet.

After being a partner in a PM company I come to find out a few things to look for when dealing with  a PM co.1. set up a direct pay into your account - dont let funds go into a general acct then get distributed into yours the next month or even within a few days2. set up a reserve fund for maintenance and other expenses that you can fund online.

I know I haven't been online for a while but i just signed up for real estate school finally and will be starting classes next month. 1. what are things that I should expect and look forward to?

I recently moved into an apartment complex in Spartanburg, SC and I moved from out of state so I just showed up after doing most everything online and was given a website to go to so that I could get renters insurance, and they said if I got insurance through this website I would only have to pay about $100 for my deposit!!

ESRI offers many free or inexpensive online classes on their ArcGIS software and I'm sure there are CAD/drafting classes at a local college.
