I'm about to quit my corporate job and randomly came across a property that I believe I could buy and make a decent profit on rent each month to help supplement my income while building clientele for my new business.

The 16% ROI for note investing is very attractive....so is it likely that the front-end profit to EquityBuild is so good that they can promote a 16% ROI to note investors for 18 months?  

They only utilize certain features of Buildium and I have seen that some others do that as well, supplementing it with Quickbooks, Quicken, etc.

There are likely some in the BP Fileplace, and the BP Flipping book has a detailed template for an "Independent Contractors Agreement" that comes as a supplement to the book when purchased on BP (along with a bunch of other digital files and spreadsheets).

So they will promote what ever sells.

But I can see that its a real market and that there is money to be made by the promoter of such deals.

My only concern is I am asking for the 10% finance to supplement the down payment.

Until Zillow comes out and promotes the notion that they are not giving appraisals, people will continue to think that they are.

Mark - No disrespect here, but you're promoting deals of BULK REO property transactions in the tens to hundreds of millions of dollars and you don't know what a 1031 exchange is?

Jack Bosch is yet another guru doing the piggyback trick, where he gets other gurus to interview him--and vice versa--to mutually promote their products.
