In my mind, cash is king in your country, and the sooner you can finance your deals in cash, the better off you'll be until your country's economy is able to stabilize.So that was three paragraphs of basically nothing, sorry about that.

You may wonder why the hell we offered so much.First, a three bedroom unit in good (but not great) condition in this complex just sold for $171,500.  

However I'm somewhat suspicious why this person would sell this cheap when homes next to sells for almost three times the value. 

I can pick three similarly sized houses in my city in a 1-mile radius and the prices can vary from $2250 to $500 to $900. 

I own two rentals and also live in a rental, and in all three cases the tenant pays the water. 

I will be in Seattle in the last three weeks of August.

If you have a sufficient buffer from that area then the effects will be less.    

So I'm thinking of taking on a partner who has the cash but does not have good enough credit or job to be apart of the financing ,he has sufficient cash on hand for his half of the deal.

If you advertise that a tenant must make $2,700 gross, then you excluded a retiree on $2,200 a month who may have sufficient savings, or another retirement income that will pay out in 6 months or a young couple where dad will co-sign the lease!
