How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I am negotiating a seller  financing deal with a property owner,who inherited a home after his mothers passing.

As the city revels in the glory of its football team's success, questions arise about how this historic win might influence the housing market in Kansas City.According to [Enterprise Esquire], “putting your home on the market after the Super Bowl can be a strategic move, as it is generally considered to be the start of the Spring real estate market.”

Many of them are offering pretty good incentives too, I was just able to negotiate one down $30k this last week, so many of them are looking to cut deals now. 

That may help you to be in a better negotiating position when you make offers, and you probably will feel less stress.With the MIS, you can also basically create your own DST, without the trust, the trustee, and the fees, so you can invest with complete freedom.
