If so, how long is the lease option and would the attorney be required to submit a "Notice of Proposed Action" to the heirs? 

I wanted to find the cons of having an Airbnb property and saw an interesting video on YouTube that put a lot of things in perspective.

In the past month I have visited, analyzed and submitted multiple offers for rehab properties in the Las Vegas area.

I know some people may not agree with my approach and by not pushing everyone to re-submit, but in essence we did this out of the gate by letting everyone know of the interest and previously submitted offers.
