(I wouldn't risk it and think "will they even know") Also, if you already have a primary home, this could throw up some red flags and a lender will probably tell you that they cannot do this because of these factors.

If it were an issue, then that would be a huge red flag and we'd drop that loan from the trade.I would not buy a loan that could not qualify to get a lender's policy after the fact and you'd have a hard time finding someone willing to buy it from you.
