I like having a virtual number to communicate with clients so I can hand it off to someone else if needed, I know when a call is business related vs personal, I can forward it to someone when I'm off, etc.

Ultimately, you can file a complaint with the States Real Estate Division instead of dealing with someone who is unresponsive and if they are a member of the NAR you can also submit a complaint with them as well.

Likely 99%+ of the recipients won't be interested in selling at the moment (and with a list that large, some of the data is invariably wrong or has changed since collection), but if you can stay in their mind for when they are ready to move forward with something, it's potentially worthwhile.If you've collected their data, likely someone else already has (or will soon), so differentiate and show your value.
