Rarely will a company do all 3. 1) Boardup companies: As the name suggests, these companies only do boardups. 2) Restoration companies: They're involved in the demo, drying, smoke sealing & clean-outs of all the debris from the incident. 3) Rebuild/Rehab companies.

I'm afraid that 1) a professional remediation of this will eat all of the profit from this flip, and 2) if it's not professionally remediated, having to disclose it to future buyers will scare them off, at least if we were to do it ourselves as the EPA seems to allow given how small an area it covers (3'x3')None of these areas are large (all around a couple square feet) and are not actively growing (i.e. dry).

So, you may also want to do some work outside the house to dry the ground nearer to the foundation.

It is an exceptional paint, but can be a little hard to get off your clothes or floor once it dries, so do your clean up quickly!

The sheetrock guy said that green or not the key is to keep the drywall "dry" and that if it stays dry by sealing it with paint and caulk it doesn't really matter.
