Replaced 24 old, rotted wood windows with new low E vinyl windows, replaced 9 old broken wood exterior doors with new steel security doors w/ master key deadbolt system, added one bedroom w/ lighted closet, and lighted closet to existing bedroom, 2300 SF of new carpet installed, 700 SF of engineered hardwood installed, 3 new water heaters, 2 new exterior electric services, 2 new interior breaker panels, new paint on all walls and trim, 4 new shower surrounds, 4 new countertops, 4 kitchen sinks.

The other unit is downright disgusting with carpet which was peed on by the pet, holes in the wood panel walls, mildew and mold all around the bathroom, and a general bad vibe from just walking around the place.

However, we are trying to find a house that does not need a total major overhaul just so we can get our feet wet so to speak and our realtor informed us that painting, putting in granite countertops, tile in bathrooms, laminate wood flooring throughout the house and painting the cabinets does not add value to the house where we could BRRRR it.
