There are two things that give me pause in trying to recreate our original success.1- Location, location, location... and how that translates into occupancy. 

The part that I am having trouble with is long term equity. 

You have never bought real estate in the USI know you mentioned you make up for your short comings in reading ton of materials and listening to podcasts.

Now it is a stabilized long term rental on both sides for me.
