He contracted to purchase subject to being able to build steps down to the rear yard from the existing deck.

Mow a yard for a neighbor?

I remember vividly pulling up to one of the properties I loaned on that was being managed by the firm you were working with and there would be 5 for lease signs in the yard..

Doesn't mean there were no rentals available (newspaper, yard signs, etc).

Put a bandit sign in the front yard saying I BUY HOUSES with your number and a small note on the bottom saying that $100 for the person who gets me the owners phone number... payable at closing.  

It should not be under your neighbors yard.

Any big trees in your yard or surrounding neighbors? 

I was getting crap from some contractors having them give bids on a property with a Realtor sign in front yard.  

I wouldn't want his worker have to pee in the yard  or mess up the new bathroom :)  But this leave me wondering, was it something I missed in my SOW?
