We've had a frustrating time with our attorney to fulfill basic tasks. Does anyone have a good recommendation for an attorney in the Denver/ S Denver area?

While she isn't in Denver specifically, I use Kelcey Nichols of Woods Nichols LLC in Carbondale Colorado.

You don't necessarily need a Colorado CPA, but you do need an attorney who is licensed to practice in Colorado.

I live in Colorado and recently purchased a condo(Denver) and townhome(Lakewood) Using a property management company is the right choice for me at the moment.

Right now I am looking at an 8plex in Colorado and considering broaching the subject of seller financing with the seller, has anyone done that before?

We live in rural Colorado on 40 beautiful acres.

She's helped us with various real estate legal issues -- from a partnership deal for an Airbnb/STR property in Colorado Springs to some disclaimer language for a different deal in Denver.
