In other words, law enforcement and the government would have had the ability to regulate information and speech over the internet.Luckily, the bill was overturned when some prominent lawmakers were forced face their very pissed off constituency...they tried to push the bill through quietly, but some of us decided to make a lot of noise and bring it out into the light.Funny how the White House (and the rest of the U.S. lawmakers) think it's ridiculous that the UN control the Internet, but didn't think it was ridiculous that the US government tried to do the same thing.

All I can say is if you are selling to an FHA buyer pool, IMO you have to be patient (appraisals and ridiculous inspections) and have the cash to carry the property about 30 days longer than conventional buyer pool.
