ASSUMING the tenant has communicated with all correspondents, it will get resent properly.otherwise, it dies with the originator and you have no responsibility for the consequences.

If they own several they are obviously investors.Once you get a response from the seller of the vacant house, negotiate a deal to buy it for all cash and get it under contract.

I would download a copy of the Landlord tenant laws for the State your rentals  so you can be sure of what guidelines you as owner are responsible for.. the PM is under your control and basically, and everything they do, you are responsible for..4 units all at once ..
