It is not worth the reputation to sell these properties to out of state investors, in my opinion.Now local investors are a different story and same goes for do-it-yourself investors and landlords.

You may get a reputation amongst your local brokers as the guy who makes low offers, but if you are using another broker to do that currently then you already are that guy.

Emblems on houses go back to the beginning of building them, crests, columns, arches, doors and windows would have unique markings.Use a theme that reflects your work that blends with any style home, it needs to be consistent.Now, if you're a quick fix rehab type, just doing average work, you might not want to have your reputation out there for the world to identify your properties!

@Bert Nethercot I know Gio personally I know of JWB by reputation and have talked with them several times over the years.I was referring to Gio but I have heard nothing frankly except good things about JWB.. and any company that can land a big B2R loan like they did is up there in my books !!!

My only word of advice in dealing with some from my claims perspective is I'd take extra time to vet them and make sure they are a reputable operator (you could probably get a list of banks or car dealers they work for and then contact them to see what their reputation is/if it checks out...some of the banks or car dealers I may have contacts to provide you) ....one other thing to think about is the potential environmental impact as well...ie if they do start hauling wrecked cars, who's responsible for all the fluids leaking on the ground, could they potentially contaminate your property etc.
