True, repeal of Glass Steagall could've been a factor, but the more stringent government policies, that came in the form of quotas given to the banks and FF, were the first steps in reducing lending standards.

I've been playing around with some of them that have been recommended on BP and notice that when I apply certain filters it reduces the list to zero and I find that hard to believe... appreciate any help.

In both instances, the intrinsic value will be the same at the point in time the option is sold.As for the optionee petitioning to annul the option, the full fee - minus any legal costs associated with (de)registration and processing the release - would be refunded (we would not reduce the amount by the time value expended ... this was suggested by counsel for simplicity).
