There are ways to prevent this by account and password, MAC address tracking, or limiting bandwidth which most of the large ISP already utilizing.  

I tend to be a little to sympathetic towards the seller and totally lose track of the how important the numbers are...

I require adequate income proven by paystubs, plus I check the sex offender registry and run a criminal background check. 

Assume a less then stellar credit score, but things are back on track (Self-employment took it's toll!). 

I have been driving for dollars lately and found a few diamonds in the rough. My only problem with that is not being able to locate the owners or note holders with public records... Any help would be appreciated Andy

There is no need to track depreciation and file for 1031 exchange.

Property taxes have NOT been paid for the past two years.I tracked down the owners, who now live in Savannah GA at a property they purchased in June of 2013.
