I’ve been looking more in Sussex county due to lower taxes and closer to public transportation into NYC.

You need to sit down and map out all the known events that happen throughout your day (For example: gym at 6:30am, public speaking class at 7:45am, lunch at 12pm, etc.)

I heard about Leaf Filter which is supposed to protect your gutter from falling tree debris. 

Florida foreclosure court records are public record.

It feels very late cycle to me & many others watching the prices being paid today with little downside protection from recession or worse!

Keep it separate from personal expenses to maintain the veil and the liability protections. 

They may change based on public commentary.

@Dan DeppenThe reasoning for the heavy handed regulation of consumer products and services is that consumers are not on equal footing with businesses as to experience, knowledge and expertise, may not have access to legal advice, are unsophisticated, and therefore in need of governmental consumer protection.

(It will sell, for sure, if priced correctly.)Of  course I would be doing everything legally to protect my license, etc. 

I would check out those that are close in proximity to the rental unit and/or easily reached by public transportation.I used to teach a class at the local Housing Authority called "Money Management Matters".
