Do your due diligence on this with your local powers that be.The one thing i didn't see in the posts above is the fact that you can increase the Section 8 rent with proper notification before the lease expiration date.

If so do you want them going down there a lot.For hidden costs expect to be hit by higher water bill fees and maintenance and vacancy. 

The West half of the park units have individual meters that are billed through the City directly.

I guess it doesn't take long for a few major repair bills to eat that up.
