I would first see how much you could sell the property for (as well as what you would profit from this sale.)

I'd like to know what that is (or maybe I just have to contact them for that), because my neighborhood is so new and booming that every agent and investor I've talked to in the local area is hard-pressed to make solid evaluations beyond what sale prices are tending to pop up.

You can't however be involved in a third party transaction for real estate or business without a real estate broker license (or a sale associate license working for the broker).If you find a buyer (who is not you) for a FL broker, where ever you are, you can't receive any fee for it.

The one we bought at a county tax sale is more than an hour away, and we found that it's too far for us.
