She was not on her desk, instead it was another lady which I spoke with her.She told me that me and the lady on the first floor have been violating the rules to the apartments because we don't have peace with each other.  

Going to a bigger apartment deal (assuming in CO) are trading at such low cap rates and in a raising rate environment isn't that attractive to me.

they are just as well built as any site built home, so I would argue that they are actually better quality because they are built in a temperature controlled environment.
